DATE : 02.02.2016 Since we were not inclined to entertain the writ petition in view of the complicated and disputed question of facts involved therein and since we were of the view that the petitioner should take up appropriate proceeding for the ventilation of his grievance, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition so that the petitioner can avail the appropriate remedy.
