Criminal Application (APPR) No. 109 of 2015 The submission of Shri Tiwari is that short sentence is awarded to the applicant and considering the fact that it may take some time to decide and dispose the revision application, the applicant may not be detained behind the bars. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was on bail and has not misused the liberty granted to him. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed in terms of its prayer.
