We find that the petitioner could not supply necessary documents giving details of medical condition of his wife.

In this situation, as on earlier occasion he has enjoyed parole and reported back without any problem, we grant him liberty to move fresh application seeking release on parole with necessary documents. If such an application is moved within a period of four weeks, the authorities shall consider and
decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest. 4.
With these directions, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Fees for Counsel appointed for the petitioner is quantified at Rs. 1500/-.
