Heard Shri Akash Moon, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri T.A. Mirza, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant / State and also perused the reply. After hearing the learned counsels, when the Court has expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing the application, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that permission be given to the applicants to withdraw the application. He submits that liberty be given to the applicants to file application for discharge, in case the charge-sheet is filed. 3.

His prayer is accepted.
