DATED : AUGUST 25, 2015.
This court had directed the scrutiny committee to consider whether a caste certificate was indeed issued in favour of the petitioner and submit the report in respect of the inquiry till 17.8.2015. If the scrutiny committee has not made an inquiry in that regard, it would be for the scrutiny committee to file an appropriate application for extension of time. The application for extension of time at the behest of the management is not maintainable. The same is dismissed with costs of Rs.500/-. Stand over to 15.9.2015.
