Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after three months as the applicant is behind bar since the date of his arrest i.e. 17.07.2022.
