The petitioner moved this application to permit it to amend the petition as after the issuance of the notice, it learned about the passing of the order on 07.11.2023. Therefore, the petitioner wants to bring subsequent facts on record and also add a party to the petition.

The learned AGP has not objected to the amendment.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the learned AGP's no objection, the application is allowed as prayed.

The petitioner is to carry out the amendment within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within a week thereafter.
