Some reasons are stated for explaining the delay in not paying the amount of Rs.20,000/- as costs to the respondents. These reasons are in general terms but what can gather from them is that as the petitioners are facing the financial crunch, they could not comply with the order of this Court within the time stipulated by the Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have shown their willingness to abide by the order of this Court, now, I am of the view that this application can be allowed and for the non-compliance by the petitioners with the order of this Court, which is

caw.1558.18 2/2 resultantly inconvenience to the respondents, the petitioners can be put to an additional condition of paying Rs.5,000/- additionally apart from the amount of Rs.20,000/- to the respondents within two weeks from the date of the order. If no such amount is paid to the respondents i.e. Rs.20,000/- and also Rs.5,000/-, within the time so stipulated, this order shall stand vacated automatically without reference to this Court and the order dated 17/05/2017 shall continue to operate.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
