Mr. M.G. Sarda, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 12, has submitted that the suit was disposed of on 30.01.2023; therefore, the petition became infructuous. Accordingly, he has tendered Pursis before this Court, which has been taken on record and marked as Annexure 'X'. Along with Pursis, he has tendered a copy of the judgment and order passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 526/2013.

Mr. Sohoni, the learned Counsel for respondent No.1, supported the same.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
