By these applications the petitioners have prayed that till the disposal of writ petition the respondent be restrained from terminating the services of the petitioners or from taking any coercive action against them resulting in their removal from service.

It is not disputed by the respondent No.4 that the petitioners are working with the Zilla Parishad. The submission is that the petitioners are not appointed by following prescribed procedure and the posts in which they are working are required to be filled up by regular procedure. In the facts of the case, it is directed that the respondent No.4 shall not remove the petitioners without seeking prior permission of this Court. The respondent would be at liberty to initiate the process of regular selection, if so advised.

The civil applications are disposed in the above terms.
