DATED : JULY 10 , 2017 This is a criminal application by which the applicants are challenging the order of issuance of process passed by learned Magistrate in R.C.C.No.842/14. Consistently, it is my view that before challenging the order of issuance of process before this Court the applicants have to file revision before the revisional Court. In that view of the matter the present application is disposed off with a liberty to applicants to file revision before the Revisional Court within 4 weeks. If the said revision is filed within 4 weeks and accompanied with application for condonation of delay, the revisional Court is directed to decide the application for condonation of delay sympathetically.
