The Appellant's case is that the Land Acquisition Authority has granted excessive compensation which needs to be scrutinized in this appeal.

The Appellant seeks to stay the execution of the impugned order.

Execution of the impugned order dated 13.03.2023 is stayed subject to the Appellant depositing decreetal amount within twelve weeks from the date of this order. 8.

In case, if the amount is not deposited, the interim relief granted by this Court shall cease to operate without further reference to the Court and the Respondent - Decree Holder will be at liberty to execute.
