This petition takes exception to the order dated 06-06-2024 and 07-06-2024 passed by the respondent-Assistant Charity Commissioner, Gondia.

By the orders impugned, the respondent has directed the Manager of UCO Bank and the Manager of Union Bank of India to freeze the bank account/s of the petitioner trust. iii.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent has passed the order impugned in utter violation of principles of natural justice. It is submitted that no show cause was issued to the petitioner before passing the orders impugned. iv.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has not disputed the fact that no show cause notice was issued to the petitioner before passing the impugned orders.

The orders impugned are therefore quashed and set aside. The respondent shall issue show-cause notice before passing any fresh order/s.
