Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

02] Although vide order dated 22/12/2021, whereby the applicant was directed to attend the Office of Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur, on 5th and 15th of every calendar month, the charge-sheet has already been filed in the Court. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant ever defaulted any condition. Since, the investigation is already completed and charge-sheet is already filed, I see no reason for the applicant to attend the Office of Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur. 03] Hence, the application is allowed. If the non-applicant/State wants any cooperation from the accused, they may approach to the trial Court for appropriate direction. The application is disposed of accordingly.
