Present application is filed by respondent nos.1 to 4 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-insurance company.

Learned counsel for the appellant-insurance company vehemently opposed the application.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, it would be appropriate to allow respondent nos.1 to 4 to withdraw fifty percent of amount along with accrued interest deposited by the appellant-insurance company. Respondent nos.1 to 4 to furnish undertaking within four weeks, to the effect that if appellant succeeds, the amount so withdrawn will be refunded as per order which would be passed in first appeal. Registry is directed to disburse the amount on furnishing undertaking as referred above in favour of respondent nos.1 to 4 as per apportionment given in the Award of the Tribunal. [Smt. M.S.
