O R D E R

(Date: 22/03/2025) The petitioners-Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, Warud, District-Amravati and respondent no.1-Haribhau Pandurang Gawande filed joint compromise pursis stating therein that the full and final settlement arrived at between them for a consideration of Rs.15,000/-. To that effect, the cheque amounting to Rs.15,000/-, dated 20.03.2025 in the name of Haribhau Pandurang Gawande is filed by the petitioners along with the compromise pursis. The same is handed over to the respondent no.1.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise/joint pursis.
