Taiwade, Adv. for the petitioner.
Shri N.R. Patil, A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.
DATED : 25 th July, 2019 Heard.
The petitioner has challenged the ad-interim order granted by the Hon'ble Minister in favour of the respondent No. 4. According to the petitioner, the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Minister is contrary to the policy of the State Government.
In my view, as the matter is under consideration by the Hon'ble Minister, it would not be appropriate for this Court to examine the merits of the matter. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Hon'ble Minister with the prayer for vacating the interim order.
In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter in the extraordinary jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Trupti
