Learned Counsel for the appellant has placed on record pursis and sought leave to withdraw the appeal in view of directions issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, New Delhi by its Circular dt.11.7.2018 to not to prefer appeal if the subject matter does not exceed monetary limits of Rs.50 Lacs. According to the pursis, valuation in the appeal is Rs.34.21 Lacs.. In that view of the matter, leave to withdraw the appeal is allowed. Appellant shall be entitled for refund of Court fees as per rules.
