This is an application seeking amendment of the cause title to place on record the latest and correct address of unserved respondent no.4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the amendment of the cause title insofar as respondent no.4 is concerned shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent no.4 on the corrected address, returnable in three weeks. 4.

In addition, the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondent no.4 by other means of service, including e-mail and WhatsApp.
