Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The order dated 13th July, 2015 also related to the disposal of Criminal Writ Petition No. 740 of 2014. However, the following order is made in respect of Criminal Writ Petition No. 740 of 2014, since the same was, in fact, disposed of with Criminal Revision No. 80 of 2014; but it appears that the concerned stenographer did not correctly transcribe the same:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Writ Petition No. 740 of 2014 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as

such, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner therein to take such steps as are available in law.

[b] Para 3 of the order dated 13th July, 2015 beginning from "In view of statement made......." and ending "with liberty to file revision before the Sessions Court.", be deleted.
