For the reasons mentioned, the application for amendment is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the petition be supplied to the learned Assistant Government pleader. Civil Application is disposed of. Writ Petition No.4240/2024 3.

Contention of the counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners hold registration certificate issued by the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. and as such the Scheme which liberates to sole registration under the MSMED Act, 2006. According to him the policy of the State Government illustrated in Government Resolution dated 01/12/2016 contemplate not only the exemption from deposit of form fee but also certain benefits are conferred. He would draw support from Clause-15 of the said Government Resolution.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12/08/2024.
