In the present matter, the respondent-sole was represented by Shri. N.R. Saboo, learned counsel, who has subsequently withdrawn his Vakalatnama and therefore, notice was issued to the respondent-sole for engagement of counsel of his choice. However, notice could not be served upon the respondent for the reasons stated by the Bailiff in his report that, the respondent is not residing on the given address.

In the said backdrop, the petitioner has filed the present application for substituted service.

In the above referred backdrop, the application is allowed. 4.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by substituted service as prayed for.
