DATED : 12 - 10The grievance in the petition is that the investigation in Crime 317/2013 registered with Police Station, Jaripatka, Nagpur on 8-7-2013 be transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation or Special Investigation Team or any other agency.

We note that the investigating agency has filed "A Summary" report. We further note the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner has expired and there is no contact from his legal heirs, if there be any.

We see no propriety in keeping this petition pending, since it would always be open for any interested person to challenge "A Summary" report and to take out appropriate proceedings.
