DATED : 02-08-2016 The petitioners pray for grant of early hearing on the ground that the respondent No.1-employee has initiated contempt proceedings for non-compliance of the order passed by the Industrial Court. This Court had granted an interim order in this petition, however, at the time of issuing Rule, this Court vacated the interim order observing that inspite of grant of several opportunities the petitioners have not made any statement regarding regularisation of services of the respondent No.1employee. This Court granted liberty to the petitioners to file an application for restoration of interim order with a positive statement in the application regarding regularisation of services of respondent No.1-employee. The petitioners had moved Civil Application No.735/2016 praying for restoration of interim order which is also dismissed.

2 caw1689.16 In the above facts and considering the pendency of petitions of earlier years, the request for early hearing cannot be granted.

The civil application is dismissed.
