10th September, 2018 Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant Nos. 1,2 and 4, as the application at the behest of other applicants is already dismissed. Considering the receipts produced by the applicants in support of their claim of purchase of pairs of bullocks which are seized by the respondent no.1 and are given in the custody of respondent no.3, in my opinion, all the three applicants have established their case for release of the said livestock in their favour on Supratnama. As such, the present application stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause [b] to the extent of only above three applicants. The applicants shall approach the respondent no.3 along with the respondent no.1 and shall identify their animals. After such identification, the respondent no.1 shall release the said animals in favour of the

applicants from the custody of respondent no.3 in terms of Receipts and Seizure Panchanama. The order of release is subject to the condition that the applicants shall furnish an undertaking that they shall not deal with the livestock till decision of the trial.

With the above observations, the application is disposed of.
