It is brought to the notice of the Court that an inadvertent mistake has occurred in the order dated. 02.08.2022, wherein it has been mentioned that the amount has been concealed in the bushes, however, as per seizure panchnama it is recovered from the house. The said mistake appears to be inadvertent, hence, in paragraph Rgd.

Order 2308appw150.22 nos.4 and 5 of the order dated 02.08.2022, where the word "bushes" appears, the same be replaced by the word "house". Necessary correction be carried out in the order.

It is also pointed out that the applicant had not claimed the seized amount, however, there appears to be such reference in paragraph no.5 of the order. It is therefore, hereby clarified that the petitioner is not claiming the amount as mentioned in paragraph no.5, but, he has first time objected to release of the amount in favour of non-applicant no.2.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
