OCTOBER 9, 2024 Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 - Bank submits that the bank has taken a decision to not prosecute the petitioner under the provisions of Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. He further makes a statement that bank has decided to prosecute Chief Manager namely, Dilip Wankhade for the misappropriation done. The Statement is accepted.

In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner stands resolved. The petition can be disposed of.
