DATED : 17-08-2015 The petitioner has filed the application for setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 12-12-2014 dismissing the petition against the respondent No.1. The petitioner has stated that Civil Application No.1466/2015 was filed on 11-12-2014 praying for substitution of the name of President of the respondent No.1-Society and also providing the address of the respondent No.1.

Considering the facts of the case, the delay in filing the application is condoned and the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 12-12-2014 is set aside and the Writ Petition in so far as it is dismissed against the respondent No.1 is restored.

Civil Application No.1466 of 2015.

For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioner is permitted to amend the cause title of the petition as prayed in the civil application.
