DATE : 5 th MARCH, 2020 By this appeal, the appellant challenged the judgment and order passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court, Akola in A-Petition No.155/2014, dated 28/08/2015 thereby the learned Judge of the Family Court dismissed the proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights filed on behalf of the appellant. 02] This appeal was admitted on 11/04/2018.
03] Today, this matter was listed before the Court since the appellant did not file the private paper-book.
04] The appellant is represented by learned Counsel Shri A.R. Deshpande, whereas the respondent is represented by learned Counsel Shri A.M. Tirukh. 05] Shri Deshpande, learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that during pendency of this appeal, the parties to this appeal have obtained divorce by mutual consent. He submits that the
