By this application the petitioners seek consideration of the objections raised on 17/07/2023 to the provisional select list of Gram Panchayat Employees for recruitment on 10% posts with the Zilla Parishad. The petitioners seek to rely upon the Government Resolution dated 16/03/2023 in that regard.

2. Since the provisional list has been published and objections have been invited to the same till today, it is directed that the respondent No.3 shall decide the objections in accordance with law and place it on record for further consideration. The petitioners shall be granted an opportunity of hearing while deciding the objections.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. Writ Petition No.5390/2019 Stand over three weeks.
