The applicant is granted interim protection by order passed on 28th July, 2016. The application is opposed on the ground that the applicant is not co-operating with the Investigating Agency.

During the course of hearing it is noticed that the applicant has not made any statement in the application that he is not involved in any other crime/ offence. As according to me, the relevant averment is not made in the application, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in this application. The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application, if so advised. The interim protection granted by this Court shall continue till 21st June, 2017.
