Application for amendment of Appeal Memo for substituting name of LRs of respondent No. 5 and correcting address of respondent No. 6 is allowed. So also, oral prayer of the learned Senior Advocate to add respondent Nos. 3(1) and 3(2) as shown in the impugned judgment is allowed.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks and amended copy be supplied to the other side.
