Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent, who appears by waiving notice.

The petitioner is a student whose claim for verification of her tribe status is pending with the respondent since November, 2020. It is submitted that vigilance enquiry has been completed and now the petitioner has to take up competitive exams for securing admission to higher courses.

In view of the above, petition is partly allowed. 4.

Respondent is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible and in any case within three months from the date of the order. No costs.
