Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the judgment delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Umrer, in Summary Criminal Case No.607/2008 acquitting the accused persons.

Prima facie it is noticed that the judgment is cryptic as no considerations are reflected therein. In view thereof, in my opinion, case for grant of leave is made out. Hence, leave granted.
