The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks relief of the claim in prayer Clause (B) in all the petitions, prayer Clause (B) reads as under :

"(B) By issuing a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Washim be directed to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 21/01/2023."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader is not averse to deciding the representation of the petitioners dated 21.01.2023, considering which, the petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Washim, to decide TAMBE
