2] Considering the fact that election process has reached a stage where what is left is only voting on 10/7/2025, I am not inclined to entertain the petition, particularly when efficacious remedy under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, is available to the petitioner.

3] The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of by keeping open all the points.
