It is informed that 50% of the said amount was already permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent / applicant, half of which was permitted to be withdrawn by furnishing solvent surety and other half by furnishing usual undertaking.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondent / applicant is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount again on the same conditions i.e. half of the remaining amount by furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and balance half amount by filing usual undertaking.
