Present application is filed by the appellant for grant of permission to deposit the balance amount of compensation.

By order dated 29.06.2022, the applicants were directed to deposit the entire amount of compensation within a period of three weeks. Due to technical difficulty, the said amount was not received by the counsel for the appellant within prescribed time. Now the learned counsel for the appellant has received the cheque amount.
