The applicants are arrested on 30th June, 2017 in connection with Crime No.52 of 2017 registered against 7 accused named in the complaint and about 20 unknown persons for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 427, 504, 506 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by Shabana Ansari that the accused barged into the house of the complainant, damaged household articles, snatched Mangalsutra of the complainant and gave threats to the complainant.

According to the applicants, husband of the complainant misbehaved with Kaneez Banoo (wife of coaccused-Rizwan Ali Haider), Kaneez Banoo lodged complaint with police against husband of the complainant and therefore, false complaint is lodged by the complainant as a counter blast.

2 ba655.17 Be that as it may, the applicants, aged about 25 years, 22 years and 21 years, respectively, claim to be doing private work and have stated that they are not involved in any other crime/ offence. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that further custody of the applicant is required for investigation.

Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed:

The applicants having been arrested in connection with Crime No.52 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Ten Thousand each The application is allowed accordingly.
