Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
It is not in dispute that this applicant is similarly situated with the co-accused viz. Shaikh Imran s/o Shaikh Ramzan and Shakil Jamal Shaikh Fakru, who have been granted bail, while first two co-accused have been granted regular bail and the third one has been granted anticipatory bail. Therefore, this applicant too is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Hence, the order.
1. The application is allowed.
2. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties in the like sum on the
2/3 conditions that the applicant shall regularly attend the dates fixed in the matter by the trial Court, shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
