It appears that in Clause-5 of judgment dated 02/04/2025, "Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur" is mentioned instead of "Gram Panchayat, Digdoh(D), Tah. Hingna, Dist. Nagpur". Therefore, "Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur" is required to be substituted with words "Gram Panchayat, Digdoh(D), Tah. Hingna, Dist. Nagpur".

After correction is carried out, the certified copy of the corrected order be supplied to the petitioners. 4.
