The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime 457/2020 registered with Police Station Ural, Tq. Balapur, Dist. Akola for offences punishable under sections 498-A, 304-B, 306 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Mrs. Poonam allegedly committed suicide on 18.11.2020. Her father lodged report on the basis of which, the crime is registered and the husband, parents in law and the sisters-in-law (present applicants) are implicated.

Applicant 1 - Mohini is a student of D. Pharm. Applicant 2 - Rani is married and resides with her husband. The allegations are general and over implication cannot be ruled out.
