DATED : 05-04-2023 We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

We find that the grievance in the petition is that the building plan is erroneously rejected. We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition inasmuch as the grievance can be agitated before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law.

Keeping all contentions open, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority/forum.
