Learned counsel for applicant/appellant has submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of award along with interest accrued thereon with the Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act/Labour Court, Buldhana on 19.6.2025 and prayed for stay to the impugned judgment and order.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the fact that appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount in the Labour Court, I deem it appropriate to grant stay to the impugned judgment and order. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(i) of the application. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 2311 OF 2025 Heard.
