At this juncture, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to approach the Trial Court for bail, as earlier bail application was decided prior to filing of charge-sheet. 3.

In view of above, appeal stands disposed with liberty to file fresh application, which shall be entertained by the Trial Court in accordance with law.
