ATED : 19th January, 2021 The allegations against the applicant are that he along with other accused has committed the murder.

After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was not inclined to pass order in favour of the applicant, he sought permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file bail application before the Court below if the trial does not proceed against the applicant within a period of seven months.

Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No. 04/2021 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
