Present Criminal Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner claiming the very same relief claimed by him in Criminal Writ Petition No.26 of 2012 filed by him earlier, which was rejected by this Court dt.13.3.2012. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Writ Petition is without substance and hence, the same is dismissed.

No order as to costs.
