While issuing notice for final disposal, this Court observed that since the Revision is to be finally heard on 12.7.2018, the request for suspension of sentence is not being considered.

Today, the Revision is taken up for final hearing. However, the learned APP points out that record and proceedings would be required for final hearing. In this view of the matter, since it is not possible for this Court to take up the Revision for final hearing, the substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the Revision. Bail as in trial Court.
