CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO.162 OF 2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submit that the matter be referred for mediation as there is possibility of amicable settlement and also recommended the name of Advocate Smt. U.A. Patil, as Mediator.

In the circumstances, High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur to take steps and appoint above named Advocate as Mediator.

Parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 29.08.2019 at 2.00 pm.
