Heard.

The applicant, who is a student is apprehending arrest in Crime 134 of 2018 registered with Police Station New Kamptee for offences punishable under sections 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the interim order dated 5.7.2018, the applicant has attended the Police Station and it is not the case of the prosecution that he has not cooperated with the Investigating Officer.

Considering the accusations and the material on record, I am inclined to allow the application. The interim order dated 5.7.2018 is confirmed with the modification that the applicant shall report Police Station New Kamptee as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Officer, till the filing of the chargesheet.
